Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Belovidovo Holdings LLC ("Inbox Liberator", "we", "us") collects when you use our website, apps and email filtering service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and a password. We store only a scrambled (hashed) version of your password.
- Mailbox connections: the address of each mailbox you connect and the app password or sign-in token needed to reach it. These are stored encrypted.
- Email you receive: to sort your email, our systems read each new message's sender, subject, text and the web addresses it links to. We do not keep the content of your messages. For your activity list we keep the sender, subject, date, where the message was moved and a short reason, normally for 30 days. When you move a message yourself, we keep that correction so the filter keeps learning from it.
- People you email: to recognize mail from people you know, we read the addresses you have sent email to from your Sent folder and keep that list of addresses (not the messages).
- Your settings: sender rules (always allow, block or Promotions), notes you give the filter, and your preferences.
- Billing information: your plan, usage balance, transactions and your billing country, state and ZIP code (for tax records). Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us: for example the volume-plan contact form or support emails.
- Technical information: our servers record basic request information, such as IP addresses, in short-lived logs for security and troubleshooting. We use a cookie only to keep you signed in. Our website loads its fonts from Google Fonts.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service: read and sort your email, show your activity, and let you undo moves.
- To bill you, send receipts and statements, and send notices about your account.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse (for example of the free sample), and fix problems.
- To improve accuracy, using counts of corrections and similar statistics. We do not use your email to train AI models.
- To answer your questions and requests.
3. Artificial intelligence processing
To decide where each email belongs, the relevant parts of the message are sent securely to a third-party AI processing provider. The provider processes it only to return a decision to us, under terms that do not allow it to use your content to train its models or for its own purposes. Messages are not stored by us after they are sorted, beyond the activity details described above.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only what they need:
- hosting and database providers;
- our payment processor;
- our email delivery provider (for receipts and notices);
- our AI processing provider (as described above);
- your own email provider, when we connect to your mailbox at your request.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
5. How we protect it
Connections to the Service use encryption (HTTPS). Mailbox passwords and sign-in tokens are stored encrypted, and your Inbox Liberator password is stored only in hashed form. Access to our systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
6. How long we keep it
- Activity details (sender, subject, decision): normally 30 days. Your own corrections: until you delete your account.
- Mailbox passwords and tokens: until you disconnect the mailbox or close your account.
- Billing records: as long as required for tax and accounting.
- Account information: until you close your account.
7. Your choices and rights
- Pause or disconnect any mailbox at any time from your dashboard.
- Change your email address, password and email preferences on your Account page.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account, by writing to support@inboxliberator.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.
- Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state privacy laws; contact us to use them.
8. Children
Accounts are for adults. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. A parent or guardian may connect a child's mailbox to their own account to filter the child's email; that information is handled under this policy. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
